Oiltek Engineering Company was established in May 1996 with three partners and headed by Necati Demircan, Petroleum Engineer with 30 years of services in the oil and gas industry within Turkey, Texas, Georgia and Azerbaijan. Necati Demircan worked with Mobil Oil Co. between 1968 and 1996. He was Technical Manager between 1990 and 1996 and responsible from drilling, production, facility engineering and operations. He also worked in Azerbaijan and Georgia as operations manager for a Houston Based US company, Frontera Resources Corporation. Between 1999-2001, he worked within management group, as Operations Manager to form and operate Salyan Oil Co. in Azerbaijan. Salyan Oil is an operating company formed by Amerada Hess, Frontera Resources and Azeri National Oil Co. (SOCAR). He took active role for forming Salyan Oil and prepared and executed work programs and production was increased from 2500 BOPD to 6000 BOPD during a year. He worked for Frontera Resouces until 2009 as VP Operations / Engineering.

 Oiltek is also representing world wide suppliers on tubulars and some high tech equipment.
